Yes — airport transfers can be cancelled free of charge within the free-cancellation window (up to about 24 hours before pickup) and you receive a refund. For tours this window is about 48 hours; the exact terms are shown when you book.

Online card payments are taken securely with 3D Secure; bank transfer and cash are also available. Prices can be displayed in multiple currencies, so you see your budget in your own currency in advance.

Yes — the service runs 24/7, including late-night and early-morning hours, at the same price; there is no night surcharge. Booking in advance is recommended for off-peak hours.

Yes — child and baby seats are provided on request. Just tell us your children's ages when you book and the right seat will be ready in the vehicle.
