Round-Trip Package — 20% Savings
A 20% savings is applied when you book both an arrival and departure transfer in the same reservation. Routes can be different (e.g., IST → Sultanahmet + Sultanahmet → SAW). Fixed pricing and flight tracking are standard for both legs.
Corporate Rate — 15-30% Volume Savings
Volume savings for hotels, clinics, and companies with 10+ monthly bookings. Includes a single monthly invoice, a dedicated account manager, prioritized concierge support, and a customized SLA.
Seasonal Tour Offers
Seasonal offers such as Bosphorus tours in spring, ski transfers in winter, and summer island packages. Valid during specific date ranges; the active seasonal calendar is available in the FAQ section at the bottom of the page.
Coupon and Promotion Rules
1. How to Apply a Coupon
Coupon codes are entered at the payment step of the booking process. The system automatically recognizes the coupon type: a percentage reduction, a fixed amount reduction, a round-trip package, or a corporate rate. A valid coupon is confirmed with a green checkmark; an expired or invalid coupon will show a red warning. Only one coupon can be applied per booking. However, the system allows you to add a coupon in addition to the automatically applied early booking and round-trip offers (see combination rules).
2. Offer Combination Rules
- Early Booking + Round-Trip: Can be combined, for up to 30% in total savings.
- Early Booking + Coupon Code: Can be combined. If the percentage reduction from the coupon is more advantageous, the coupon will be applied.
- Corporate Rate + Seasonal Offer: Cannot be combined. The system applies the single most advantageous offer.
- Loyalty Program (Elemen Cash): Can be combined with other offers; cash rewards are deducted from the total price.
3. Seasonal Calendar (2026 Estimate)
- Spring (March-May): 15% off Tulip Festival tours, 10% off Bosphorus boat package.
- Summer (June-August): 20% off Princes' Islands daily tour, 15% off night Bosphorus boat, 25% off summer holiday round-trip.
- Autumn (September-November): 15% off Historical Peninsula package, 10% off Grand Bazaar + Harem gastronomy.
- Winter (December-February): 20% off ski transfer (Kartepe / Uludağ), 15% off New Year's city tour.

Early booking and round-trip offers can be combined — allowing for savings of up to 30% in total. However, the corporate rate cannot be combined with seasonal offers; the system will automatically apply the most advantageous offer for you.
Simply enter your code in the 'Coupon Code' field during the payment step of your booking and click 'Apply'. A valid coupon will be confirmed with a green checkmark and automatically deducted from the total amount. If the coupon has expired, you will see a red warning message.
The early booking offer is valid for standard transfer and tour rates. This offer does not apply to packages with already reduced promotional prices (e.g., flash sales). It is also valid for our premium services.
Active seasonal offers are listed in the Offer Categories section at the top of this page. If you are a member, they are also shared with you via email and SMS notifications — you just need to provide explicit consent for marketing communications.
If a reservation made with a coupon is cancelled, only the amount you paid will be refunded; the coupon value is not credited back. The same coupon can be used for a new reservation if it has not yet passed its expiration date.
