You share the hospital/clinic name, appointment date, and number of companions via the contact form. A detailed plan and offer are sent within 4 hours. -
2. Confirmation and Preparation
After you confirm the offer, a vehicle is allocated, a chauffeur is assigned, and your flight details are entered into the system. Our coordinator contacts your hotel or hospital. -
3. Meet & Greet and Transfer
Meet & Greet with a name sign at the arrivals gate. Assistance with luggage and equipment, in-vehicle water and Wi-Fi, and direct access to the hospital parking area. -
4. Support During Treatment
Daily shuttles, additional transfers for needs like pharmacy or market visits, and a rapid response vehicle available around the clock if required.

No. A companion seat is standard and complimentary in our Mercedes V-Class and Sprinter models. The wheelchair-accessible Sprinter with a lift also provides seat belts and ample space for both the guest and their companion.
The transport of medical devices such as respiratory machines, orthopedic support equipment, and infusion pumps is permitted and complimentary for officially documented equipment. For cold-chain medications, a temperature-controlled transport bag is available in the vehicle; simply mention this in the contact form before your appointment.
Yes. Our operations team tracks your flight in real-time and provides a Meet & Greet service with a name sign at the customs exit gate. Our coordinator, fluent in Arabic, Russian, or English, will assist with navigation and paperwork. There are no extra charges for flight delays.
For cancellations of transfers scheduled for medical reasons — if canceled more than 24 hours before the appointment, a 100% refund is issued.
