Weekly Net Payments
Payments for completed transfers are transferred weekly, directly to your bank account. The net amount you receive is shown after the commission (15-20%) is deducted.

Our multilingual booking platform gives you automatic access to a portfolio of international guests from outside of Turkey. The concierge center handles all communication.
Training and Brand Support
You operate under the Elemen Transfer brand, receive guest relations training, and we provide your uniform and vehicle decals. Your own vehicle's branding remains.

1. Online Application
Send your personal/company information + vehicle details to corporate@elementransfer.com. You can also apply via the web form. -
2. Document Review
Our team reviews your SRC, driver's license, insurance, and tax documents within 2 business days. We will provide feedback if anything is missing. -
3. Interview and Agreement
A mutual introduction via online video call + signing of a KVKK-compliant supplier agreement. The commission structure and operational details are finalized. -
4. Training and System Onboarding
1-day supplier training: guest relations, panel usage, emergency procedures, uniform and brand standards. -
5. First Booking
After training, you are actively added to the system; the first booking usually arrives within 3-7 days.
Commission Structure, Payments, and Audits
1. 1. Commission Structure
Standard commission percentages:
- Sedan / SUV (1-4 guests): 18% commission, 82% to you.
- V-Class / Sprinter (5-13 guests): 15% commission, 85% to you.
- Executive fleet (S-Class, Maybach): 20% commission (includes premium service support).
- Medical tourism transfers: 18% + a fixed operational fee (for coordination services).
A performance bonus is earned based on monthly volume and guest satisfaction scores.
2. 2. Payment Schedule
- Weekly net payments: Directly to your bank account on the Tuesday following each Monday-Sunday period.
- Live dashboard: Track your earnings in real-time from your supplier dashboard.
- Monthly invoices: Issued via the e-Invoice system (clearly showing gross earnings before and net earnings after commission).
- Advance payment option: A 1-week advance is available upon request for suppliers active for 6+ months.
3. 3. Performance and Audits
Guest satisfaction scores are reviewed weekly. An improvement process is initiated for low scores, while high scores earn bonuses and priority bookings. Additionally:
- Annual vehicle technical inspection (exhaust, brakes, tires, air conditioning).
- Annual chauffeur training renewal (a mandatory 1-day course).
- A quarterly supplier survey for your feedback on our performance.
4. 4. Contract Termination and Offboarding
The supplier agreement is for a 12-month term and renews automatically. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Your active bookings will be completed, and your final payment will be made according to the weekly schedule. In accordance with KVKK, guest data cannot be transferred to you (confidentiality clause).

The standard commission is between 15-20%; it varies based on vehicle class (sedan, SUV, V-Class, Sprinter), monthly volume, and guest satisfaction score. Performance bonus: earn an additional 3-5% with a monthly satisfaction score of 4.8+. Details are specified in the supplier agreement.
Yes. We have an 'Individual Supplier' program for individual drivers/vehicle owners. For fleet owners, there is a separate 'Fleet Supplier' program, which starts with a minimum of 3 vehicles. The same application channel is valid for both programs.
Yes. We have a flexible supplier model; reservations are scheduled in advance on an hourly basis. If you have an agreement with another platform, you manage your own calendar. You receive reservations during the hours you are available.
Our requirement that the vehicle must be under 5 years old is firm (legal transport standards). For vehicles over 5 years old but well-maintained, we can offer a support program: new vehicle financing proposals, leasing partnerships, etc. Please contact us at corporate@elementransfer.com.
You must hold a valid driver's license and SRC certificate in Turkey (Turkish citizenship is not required — a valid residence permit + work permit is sufficient). To be a taxpayer, you need to establish or be a partner in a business in Turkey.
If the guest satisfaction score falls below 4.0, an improvement process begins: detailed feedback and additional training if necessary. Below 3.5 + repeated complaints: the contract may be suspended. The process is fair and transparent; suppliers have the right to a defense.
